5-Hole Shooter Hockey Trainer

Proguard's 5-Hole Shooter Trainer is a great choice for players looking to improve their shooting accuracy on any 4' x 6' hockey goal. We used a durable 600 Denier Cortina fabric and a pipe running through the bottom that keeps low, out of place shots from cheating their way in.

Installation and removal is quick and easy thanks to the heavy-duty bungee cords that strap the trainer to the goal. Players can thread ice or roller hockey pucks through the five target holes: one in each corner and a "five hole" slot between the goalie's leg pads.
